William Losa, A Ferrari South Bay technician since 2017, has achieved the elite Ferrari Master Technician Certification, a prestigious honor held by few. This milestone reflects his exceptional expertise and commitment.
On November 17, 2024, William Losa was honored with the Master Technician Certificate of Achievement, presented by Bert Else, Ferrari North America Aftersales Business Manager. This elite certification, held by fewer than 90 individuals in the U.S., represents the pinnacle of technical expertise for Ferrari. Achieving it requires completing over 35 advanced training courses and passing rigorous exams administered by TÜV Italia, underscoring William’s unmatched dedication and skill.
With 14 years of experience in the automotive industry and over 10 certifications from institutions like WorldPac Training Institute, NAPA Auto Care Training, General Motors Tech Training, and ATI, William Losa has built a remarkable career blending advanced training with hands-on expertise. His journey began in 2010 as an apprentice at an independent repair facility, advancing to technician and eventually service manager, where he mastered diagnostics, repairs, customer service, and shop operations. In August 2017, he brought his skills to Ferrari South Bay as a technician, where he continues to excel, as is evident by his recent achievement.

Outside of the workshop, William’s passion for motorsport and driving is boundless. Since attending his first high-performance driving event (HPDE) in 2016 with his Z06 Corvette, he has explored off-road driving in his Ford F-150 Raptor, competed in karting at Auto Club Speedway, and trained at renowned schools like DirtFish Rally School, Motion Picture Driving Clinic, and Texas Drift Academy. A skilled stunt driver and motorsport athlete, William continues to expand his skills, with plans to enhance his Corvette for drifting and add a rally car to his growing garage.
Congratulations to William Losa for this incredible achievement, exemplifying excellence both in the workshop and on the track!
