Automotive journalists gathered in Portugal’s Algarve region for the first drive of the Ferrari Amalfi, putting the new grand tourer through a true real-world test. The program unfolded over more than five hours of continuous driving across a long and varied route—winding mountain roads, quiet rural stretches, village centers, and open stretches of tarmac. Early conditions were damp from overnight rain, testing the car’s chassis and traction systems before the roads dried and opened up. Between navigating traffic, finding clear passing opportunities, and finally unleashing the Amalfi on flowing roads, reviewers experienced the car exactly as owners will: as a refined, comfortable tourer that transforms into a thrilling performance machine when the road invites it.
